Telephone System Support
Telephone system customers with support & maintenance contracts get priority service along with guaranteed response times to faults, free remote programming and unlimited telephone support. We also keep a stock of maintenance parts to fix any system we provide support contracts for, so if you have fault we always have spares to fix it in stock.
Telephone Lines Support
We provide support on all the different line types we supply including Analogue (PSTN), ISDN2, ISDN30 and SIP whether they are connected to your phone system or not, if you have a problem just call us, we will test them for you and raise faults with Openreach or other suppliers. We will continue to manage those faults and keep you updated, till they are fixed.
Business Broadband Support
Broadband and Internet Leased line customers enjoy the same level of service. Unlike other providers we don’t operate a large call centre, but prefer to give a personal service. As well as remote diagnostics and monitoring tools for all the broadband services we supply, we can also provide remote support directly on your PC using TeamViewer software.
Core Response times
The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for telephone support, but you can report a problem at any time day or night any day of the week using our voice mail or email support service. Faults are picked up as soon as the office is open and categorised into the most urgent first.
