What role do you do now?

Engineering Manager

How has the company changed since you started?

The biggest change has been the technological advancements. Much more of what we do can now be achieved without going to site such as the provisioning of new extensions, programming changes, fault diagnostics & repairs.

What do you enjoy the most about working at LTS?

I get great satisfaction from providing technical support to our engineers on more complex task, whether it is a unique customer requirement or an obscure fault.
Combining our knowledge and sharing previous experiences allows us to provide a high standard of service.

What work achievement are you most proud of?

I first came to LTS for work experience when I was 17 years old. Since then I have completed my Apprenticeship, became an Installations Engineer and finally moved to my current role of Engineering Manager where I now provide technical support to our field engineers and also provide remote assistance to our customers.

What’s in store for the future?

New Panasonic telephony features are due for release early next year. I look forward to using these on our own telephone system so as to learn the benefits before been able to offer these as new solutions to our customers.

Finally what do you like doing out of work?

For me nothing beats spending quality time with my family. I enjoy riding off road motorcycles with my 2 brothers and spending time with my 18 month old daughter Evie.
