LTS is able to service all popular phone systems from major manufacturers such as BT, Nortel, LG, Samsung, NEC and of course Panasonic. As well as offering Pay as You Go service and call outs we can often provide on site maintenance contracts which cover the whole system and include parts and labour.
Contracts also include free remote programming where modems are fitted so if you need to change a name or ringing patterns you only need to let us know by email or phone and one of our engineers will be able to do it for you.
Broadband customers also get an enhanced service with not only remote access but also access direct to test desk engineers and where required site visits by qualified and experienced engineers to help with any problems.
Increasingly BT test equipment often suggests a line fault is with the customers equipment or tests as no fault found which only leads to further delays and frustration for business. LTS line customers enjoy a much better service and we can use our experience to prove the fault back to BT or any other line provider quickly and efficiently
